Parents
- Parents and Guardians of the students studying in this school are requested to keep in touch with the Class Teacher/ Subject Teacher/ Headmaster to keep informed about the behavior and the and progress of their children/ ward.
- Parents are requested to come to the school whenever called, either by the school authorities or the teachers.
- The General Meetings of the Parents Teachers Association are held twice a year, one each in every term. Parents are expected to be present for the meeting and participate in the discussion and planning. Parents are requested to participate in all the activities organized by Parents Teachers Association.
- The decisions taken in the PTA Meetings are binding on all parents.
- Parents are requested to see that their children attend school regularly, punctually, neatly dressed and that they insist on their children devoting sufficient time to study at home every day.
- Parents are requested to inform the authorities regarding leave and absence of their children/ wards giving the specific reasons.
- They are requested to keep in mind that the student will not be allowed to go home during school hours unless he/ she needs immediate medical attention.
- If they desire, they are requested to see the respective Class Teacher, subject teacher or librarian only on Saturday (between 8 and 8.30 am). In any case, parents will not be allowed to meet the teachers during class hours.
- They are requested not to meet their wards during the school hours.
- They are given to understand that they should not dictate to the Headmaster or others serving in the school administration or any other affairs connected with the school. Doubt, if any, can get cleared by way of necessary explanations that shall be promptly available from those connected with the School Management.
- Parents are informed about occasional reports, observations about the students, remarks from teachers in the school diary. Parents are requested to check the diary regularly and sign the appropriate columns as a proof that they have read them.
- Parents must refrain from sending things forgotten by students eg. Books, projects, compass box and such material during school hours. However medicines and spectacles can be sent.
- Parents are cordially requested to help to be helped.
